Shipping & Returns

Canadian & US Orders over $100 after applicable discount and taxes will ship free via Canada Post Expedited Service. US Orders will be refunded the equivalent of Small Packet Costs if another method has been chosen within 24hrs of completing the purchase.

Shipping Terms
All orders are shipped via Canada Post with a confirmation number available upon request, you do have the option to choose Parcel Post for heavy weight orders. For some orders, we may choose to use another carrier in order to keep the shipping cost as low as possible.
A refund will be issued should we find shipping costs were calculated higher than actual cost.
Company policy does not permit us to use your shipping service account.
We ship 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours after payment is received, this includes all services - priority mail and parcel post. During holidays, post office holidays and company close downs there will be a delay in shipping time. You will receive notification once your order has shipped or you can check your account for updates.
Insurance or Signature Confirmation are optional when using Canada Post. Charges for insurance or Signature Confirmation will be charged upon request, please Contact Us if you would like to purchase additional options. If you do not choose to insure your shipment and the shipment gets lost, we will not take any responsibility for it.
We reserve the right to change shipping company's as long as the service is the same or better.
Unclaimed packages that are returned to us will either be reshipped for the additional shipping charges or restocked - in the case of restocking, a 20 % restocking fee will be charged.
There is a 24-72 hour processing period before shipping.
Some products are made upon ordering in order to receive the freshest possible product. There might be a delay in shipping because of this.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products there are no returns on these items including all powders and minerals. We cannot guarantee the purity once it has left our facility and returned, thus it cannot be resold. We understand that each situation is different and we do approach it individually. Please understand that special care is taken to ensure your products will arrive to you in good condition.
When purchasing skin care products we do advise you read all the information on usage, how to get the proper results from your products and ingredients. All of this information is available on our webpage prior to purchasing.
Should something be wrong with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase so that we can help. If a return is needed and authorized by us, we will give you a RMA number to return the item. Unauthorized returns will be discarded and credits will NOT be issued.
