Cancellations of orders: Unpaid offline orders can be canceled anytime without further charges. If you cancel your paid order, and we have not prepared or packed it yet, you will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations of prepared/packed orders will be also charged with a 20% restocking fee on the cost of the products along with the cancellation fee.

Additions to Orders: If you have any additions to an existing order, it is best to place a new order and contact us via email luvbeauty@hotmail.com. If we aren't able to ship both orders together and save on shipping, we will refund you for the difference of the shipping cost.

Out of Stock items: If an item is out of stock, it can not be purchased or backordered. We try our best to keep every item in stock at all times, if an item is out of stock it will usually be back in stock within 1-2 weeks except if it is discontinued.

Sales and discounts: We do offer sales on a regular basis, our prices are set at fair and reasonable market value. If you have purchased items, then they go on sale, please do not ask for a discount. The sale item pricing is only good once it is announced.

Price list/Catalogue: We do offer a printed price list and catalog. A request for catalog form is available by email. For wholesalers, when requesting a catalog please add in the text if you are a wholesaler and after qualifying, a printed brochure will be mailed out to the specified address. All the products we carry with the prices are online as well. We reserve the right to cancel/reject any orders placed by our own sole discretion.
